Range SUBLIME

This rose champagne will first attract you by its fine salmon pink colour. A delicate blend of red wine from Pinot noir of several terroir of Grand Cru Champenois. This wine has seductive aromas, reminiscent of a summer breeze and a lovely fruity palate. An elegant wine, ideal as an aperitif but can also be enjoyed throughout a meal. 

- 49% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, 13% of red wine
- Harvest: 2014 with 36% wine reserve
- Bottling: 2015
- Disgorging in 2019 as BRUT (sugar dosage : 9 g/l)

Can accompagny red meat and is perfect with a dessert featuring red fruits.
